BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable retainer of $600 is required to secure your session.

• Prepayment for photo collections is non-refundable and ranges from $1,000-$4,000.

• Payment plans may be available and will be outlined in a separate agreement.

• No products will be delivered until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• All payments made are non-refundable.

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice without penalty.

• Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice incurs a $250 fee.

• No-shows forfeit all payments made.

SESSION POLICIES

• Photo Sessions last up to 4 hours and include hair, makeup, and lashes.

• Late arrivals will have the time deducted from their session.

• Photographer maintains creative control, including posing, lighting, and styling.

• Body alterations (e.g., spray tans, tattoos, piercings, surgeries) within two weeks of the session may result in cancellation with no refund.

• Clients must be 18+ years old.

PRODUCT ORDERS AND DELIVERY

• Photo selections are made during an in-person or online product session within 2 weeks of the shoot.

• No digital files or printed products will be released until full payment is received.

• Albums and products take approximately 4 weeks after final approval.

• Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

COPYRIGHTS AND USEAGE

• All images are copyrighted and owned by UNVEIL BOUDOIR.

• Images will not be used publicly unless a signed model release is provided.

• Alteration or duplication of images without permission is prohibited.

LIABILITY AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

• UNVEIL BOUDOIR is not responsible for any allergic reactions to makeup or hair products used.

• The use of alcohol is permitted but may impact the final results.

• Photographer reserves the right to stop a session if a client appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
